Members of Crew to their duty and responsibility in

regard to smuggling and its prevention, have been issued

to all the Company's steamers and are to be kept posted

up on board in such positions as will bring them con-

stantly and conspicuously before those particularly

con-cerned. Masters and Officers must see that they

are renewed whenever necessary.

SMUGGLING SUPERCARGOES "PIDGIN" Officers discovering

that Charterers' supercargoes have unmanifested cargo

on board must in all cases communicate such information

direct to the Company's Agents who will decide what
